Terms and Conditions

What to Bring:
Children must bring their own morning tea and lunch as well as water, a hat and sunscreen. Please do not send nuts or nut products for the safety of other children.

Sign in /out register:
Each morning parents/guardians are required to sign the registration form at drop off. It is important that you let us know who will be collecting your child – please indicate this on the sign in form.
In the afternoon, children should be collected at 3pm (1pm for Rocketeering) and parents/guardians are required to sign their children out.
For some activities that have an outdoor component (eg Geocaching treasure hunt, rocketeering etc) students will walk to a park and do the activities in the park under supervision. Enrolling in these courses is deemed as consent for these excursions.

Conditions
By allowing your child to attend the technology holiday camp parents/guardians agree to the following:
1) I give my consent for my child to participate in all activities organised by COMPUTER EXPLORERS (CE)
2) I give my consent for my child to walk to a park to participate in outdoor activities where applicable.
3) My child has no medical condition or allergy other than advised to CE in advance in writing.
4) In the event of an accident or illness, I authorise medical treatment for my child and I will be liable for the associated costs.
5) I am aware of the inherent physical risks in taking part in all activities.
6) There is a late fee of $10 per every quarter hour after 3pm (or 4pm in the case where extended hours have been booked prior).
7) I give consent for my child to be photographed or filmed (please advise if this is not permitted).

Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or earlier before the camp will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp will receive a full refund, minus an administration fee of $20.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the camp will not receive a refund.
