COMPUTERTOTS/COMPUTER
EXPLORERS (CTCE) offers a dynamic
program that allows schools
of all stature to take part in quality
technology education. Technology
and computers are essential in childrens'
education;
enhancing knowledge, creativity and
learning.
The difficult task of implementing
a technology education program that
truly works is no longer a problem.
CTCE has developed that system.
COMPUTERTOTS/COMPUTER EXPLORERS was founded on the idea that:
- the computer can play an important part in early education as a learning tool
- that all children should have access to a quality technology education
Started
in 1984, CTCE programs
now reach more than 25,000 students per
week at more than 2,000 locations internationally.
Our 600 teachers prepare children for
the future in over 2,000 schools.
CTCE developed and launched a
program for Australian schools in 2006.
CTCE was created:
- BY Educators
- FOR Educators
New
elements such as robotics,
engineering and digital applications have become incorporated into CTCE and new concepts are continually being introduced.
COMPUTERTOTS/COMPUTER EXPLORERS provides:
- software
- curriculum
- technology certified teachers and staff
- continuous and up-to-date training
- real-life, hands-on education.
It has been proven time and time again that technology education increases children’s skills and knowledge in other academic areas including math, science, reasoning, language arts, and critical thinking. CTCE is a recognised expert in children’s computer and technology education.
